"Refillable" doesn't stop at the containers. Once a refill bag is empty, it doesn't have to end up in the bin either — it can come straight back to us, get refilled, and go right back out to another customer. Here's exactly how that works.
How it works
1. Save up your empty bags.
Once you've accumulated a minimum of 6 x 5kg refill bags, you're ready to send them back. (This minimum keeps each return trip worthwhile — both for you and for us.)
2. Scan the QR code.
Scan the QR code on the polymailer to fill in your return details — this registers your bags for pickup and processing.
3. Get your tracking number.
We'll email you a tracking number once your return is registered.
4. Drop it off at any SingPost POPStation.
Head to your nearest POPStation, select "Post my Parcel," and follow the on-screen instructions. Return shipping is completely free.
5. We refill, you get rewarded.
Your returned bags get refilled and sent back into circulation. And when you reorder a 5kg refill that's fulfilled using one of these recycled bags, you get an extra 300g free — a small thank-you for keeping a bag in the loop instead of the bin.
Why this matters
Every bag that comes back to us through this programme is one less bag manufactured from scratch, and one less bag in the waste stream. It's a small step in a much bigger picture: since 2022, DryLah! customers refilling instead of rebuying has already added up to over 1.4 million plastic containers saved.
